Global-Watch Toolkit
This Global-Watch Toolkit is developed in accordance with the 6-step Global-Watch intervention framework. It recommends a psychological health risk mitigation initiative that incorporates tools intended for those responsible for implementing it, as well as managers.
The development of the Global-Watch Toolkit Mitigating/reducing psychological health risks and psychosocial risks in times of uncertainty and pandemic is intended to be evolutionary and so far includes 2 phases. These tools allow you to validate your organizational practices and, if necessary, optimize them, and to benefit from tools dealing with specific topics relevant to the current context.
Future content will be created based on developments in both the situation and scientific knowledge.
To date, more than 100 credible sources worldwide have been used in developing this Global-Watch Toolkit.
