Companies are facing new work realities that can affect the mental health and well-being of employees. Adapted strategies, which meet the needs of employees and managers, must be implemented to address this issue.
Workplace mental health is a responsibility that is shared by all stakeholders within an organization. While senior management, managers, human resources coordinators and employees may all have a role to play, we are seeing a growing interest in the role of colleagues. This role can sometimes be formalized through a peer support program.
