COMMITMENT OF EACH EMPLOYEE WHO IS AN AUTHORIZED USER OF THE GLOBAL-WATCH.COM PLATFORM

I acknowledge that as an authorized user employee of my employer, I have been granted access to the UNSECURED and SECURED sections of the Global-Watch website (“the Content“). I also acknowledge that the Contents made available to me are the property of Global-Watch and its content partners, and that any inappropriate use of these Contents may result in significant negative consequences for Global-Watch and its partners.

I further acknowledge that :

• I am an employee of my organization and as such have been granted access to the Global-Watch website.
• The access right I have received is individual and non-transferable.
• My access code is confidential and cannot be shared internally or externally.
• Global-Watch Content cannot be shared or distributed outside my organization at any time.
• Global-Watch Content may not at any time be used, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or outside my organization.
• I am not engaged in any other professional or business activity that could result in the use of Global-Watch Content outside my organization.
• In the event of my departure from the company, my right of access will be cancelled immediately.
• Upon termination or expiration of my access rights, I undertake not to keep any copies of the Content and to destroy any Content in my possession, regardless of the medium used (computer or paper).
