"Scrambling": An ability and a process.

The concept “scrambling” that refers to how human beings respond to a crisis adaptively, could not apply to the situation any better than the one we are experiencing today. Co-author of a book chapter on this particular topic, Dr. Dimoff explains the 4 steps of this process.
