
In an organizational approach aimed at supporting psychological health, a stakeholder who is sometimes overlooked, but nevertheless is very important, consists of colleagues (or peers) at the same hierarchical level. The importance of social support (especially among peers) as a protective factor for psychological health has been demonstrated repeatedly in the literature.
