Tools developed by the students of the Doctorate in Psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal
Companies are facing new work realities that can affect the mental health and well-being of employees. Strategies that meet the needs of employees and managers must be deployed to address this issue. The contents of this thematic dossier present organizational initiatives to be deployed or management practices to be implemented in your companies to promote mental health and well-being at work. The following topics will be explored in the form of reference guides, tools for your managers and videos: disconnection, peer support programs, daily management practices and recognition at work. In a perspective of scientific vulgarization, this file was produced thanks to the contribution of 12 doctoral candidates in psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), under the supervision of Sophie Meunier, Ph.D. (professor in the Department of Psychology at UQAM).
