Marie-Michèle Mantha-Bélisle joins the Global-Watch team as Content and Knowledge Transfer Lead
We are very pleased to announce the arrival of Marie-Michèle in our team as Content and Knowledge Transfer Lead. Marie-Michèle has more than 10 years of experience at the Institut National de santé publique du Québec where she mainly participated in the development of training and tools for the prevention of psychosocial risks in the workplace, in addition to accompanying numerous organizations, notably by conducting organizational diagnoses.
Marie-Michèle Mantha-Bélisle holds an MBA specialized in occupational health and safety management from Laval University. After completing her master’s degree, she moved to the field of public health in occupational health at the Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ). She worked there for more than 10 years as a scientific advisor. She was mainly involved in the development of training and tools for the prevention of psychosocial risks in the workplace. She has accompanied several workplaces in the implementation of approaches aimed at promoting psychological health and well-being at work, particularly through organizational diagnostics. Finally, she worked for several years as an auditor for the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ) in the context of the “Healthy Enterprise” and “Work-Family Balance” standards.
