Achieving significant and lasting outcomes is an important objective of our strategies for workplace mental health and well-being. Psychosocial safety climate (PSC), which refers to employees’ shared perceptions of the organization’s policies and practices on this topic, is a key factor to consider in order to support prevention efforts and actions targeting psychosocial risks and their contributing factors. This group helps deepen our understanding of PSC, its dimensions, and its very concrete implications for operationalizing our workplace interventions.
