A group of multinational companies, with the collaboration of the École Nationale Supérieure de Sécurité Sociale (EN3S) in France, have chosen Global-Watch to develop a toolkit.
These tools will help employers measure the impacts of organizational policies whose purpose is to facilitate parenthood in companies worldwide.
The project will take place throughout 2019, starting with a review of the literature, good practices, interviews with multinationals, and, subsequently, the development of a measurement toolkit. The project will be conducted under the scientific supervision of France St-Hilaire, Ph.D., associate professor at the Université de Sherbrooke’s School of Management and director of scientific monitoring for Global-Watch.
This toolkit will also be made available to affiliate employers of Global-Watch. It will be added to Global-Watch’s toolkit addressing the measurement strategy for a comprehensive workplace health and well-being approach.
