Identifying and addressing psychosocial risks in the workplace: strategies for managers

Price on request

Presentation description

Rapid changes in today’s work environment —such as increased workload intensity, organizational changes, labour shortages, and heightened performance demands—are increasing workers’ exposure to psychosocial risks (PSRs). The impacts of these risks on psychological health, workplace climate, and organizational performance are widely recognized.

Based on 80 scientific references and recognized field-based practices, this conference aims to equip organizations with the knowledge and tools needed to better understand, prevent, and manage psychosocial risks. It also aligns with recent amendments to occupational health and safety legislation, which reinforce employers’ obligations to protect both the physical and psychological integrity of workers.

Participants will leave with clear reference points and practical strategies to help prevent risks, respond appropriately, and contribute to healthier, safer, and more respectful work environments.
