Presentation description
Today, more than one in three managers experience high levels of psychological distress, and nearly one in ten report depressive symptoms. Multiple pressures, emotional overload, conflicting demands, and incivility can undermine their mental health and limit their ability to effectively support their teams.
Based on 75 scientific references and reports, as well as recognized field-based practices, this conference highlights psychosocial risks specific to managers and sheds light on often-overlooked “blind spots,” such as emotional isolation, invisible workload, hyperconnectivity, and lack of recognition.
The conference offers concrete levers to strengthen resilience, foster a climate of psychological safety, and equip managers with practical tools to better protect their own well-being while supporting collective performance. It provides a valuable opportunity to better understand the often unseen challenges managers face and to leave with clear reference points and actionable strategies to support them sustainably.
