A SERIES OF INFOGRAPHICS TO RAISE AWARENESS, DEEPEN UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORT ACTION ON PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS IN THE WORKPLACE
As workplaces continue to evolve, driven by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, increasing incivility, economic pressures, and growing expectations around employee well-being, organizations are facing increasingly complex realities.
In this context, psychosocial risks have become a critical issue. Workload, recognition, support, the quality of workplace relationships, autonomy, and organizational justice are all factors that can influence employees’ experience at work, their well-being, and their psychological health.
To help organizations better understand these realities, Global-Watch collaborated with Sophie Meunier, PhD, Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and her graduate student researchers in work and organizational psychology to bring you six infographics on current topics related to psychosocial risks.
Designed to be practical and easy to understand, these tools help shed light on key factors that can affect psychological health in the workplace while offering avenues for reflection that align with organizational realities.
6 KEY TOPICS TO BUILD KNOWLEDGE ON THE MAIN ISSUES RELATED TO PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS
