Today, workload is a priority issue in all sectors of our economies. The current work environment, characterized by widespread labor shortages, accelerating production patterns, hybrid work modes, remote management and rising mental health issues in the workplace are all factors leading employers of all sizes around the world to prioritize this organizational risk factor. Work overload (or underload) can have profound repercussions on the well-being of team members, both psychologically and physically. With this in mind, Global-Watch has developed a toolkit to help assess and balance workloads. This is based on the importance of shared responsibility for workload management, involving the organization, human resources professionals, managers and employees in an integrated approach to workload assessment and balance for all.

The objectives of the toolkit
This toolkit is designed to help you assess and balance your workload. More specifically, it aims to :
- Define the concept of workload in all its dimensions.
- Understand the mechanisms behind workload and its conceptualization.
- Enable you to adapt knowledge to practice in your own company.
The aim of this toolkit is to help you recognize the dimensions of workload, so that you can better assess and balance it. The kit also highlights the fact that responsibility for this approach lies not only with human resources and managers, but also with each and every employee, so that the benefits are truly shared.

In addition to 8 tools for human resources and managers, the kit includes 7 infographic sheets for employees to illustrate how they can take action on their own workload.
How to access the toolkit??
