Which strategies can be used outside of work to manage one's own mental health?

Combing through more than 50 strategies identified in their preliminary research results, Professor Meunier and Mrs. Roberge present 6 themes grouping the self-management strategies that emerged as the most popular and effective among participants in order to recharge their batteries and cope better at work the next day.


This initiative is supported by the Chief Scientist of Québec with the Québec Research Funds.
