Thematic dossier on change managementin collaboration with UQAM

 

Global-Watch is proud to have collaborated with doctoral candidates in psychology from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) to produce a thematic dossier on the topic of change management. 

Under the supervision of Sophie Meunier, PhD, Professor in the Department of Psychology at UQAM, students of the course The Psychology of Change Management in Organizations produced six tools, half of which are available with unrestricted access. 

All the tools are intended for those responsible for deploying the strategy. 

An overview of the tools

1.1 - How to change your organization's culture to promote a psychosocial safety climate
This tool helps organizations assess and prevent psychosocial risks, while providing concrete action steps to strengthen the psychosocial safety climate. By facilitating communication at all hierarchical levels, it encourages a shift in organizational culture, essential for a safer and healthier work environment.

The complementary tool supports the creation of a diagnosis of the psychosocial safety climate.

This tool assists companies in evaluating and preventing psychosocial risks, exploring how to maintain continuous change without causing fatigue.

2.2 - Task Assistance - Psychosocial Risk Committee
The complementary tool provides questions and tools for integrating actions while considering the risk of change fatigue.
